Overview

Connecting the Bitscale MCP to Claude is a short, one-time setup. Once connected, you can drive Bitscale, grids, runs, enrichments, from a chat interface using natural language. See Bitscale MCP - Run GTM Workflows from Claude for what you can do with it once it’s connected.

Connecting the MCP

  1. In Claude, go to Customize.
  2. Click on Connectors (near the bottom).
  3. Click Add connector in the top right.
  4. Select Add custom connector.
  5. Give it a name. Something like Bitscale MCP works well and keeps it unambiguous.
  6. In the Remote MCP URL field, paste the Bitscale MCP URL: https://api.bitscale.ai/mcp
  7. Click Add.

Authorizing the Connection

  1. Claude will prompt you to connect to the MCP. Click Connect.
  2. You’ll be redirected to the Bitscale platform for approval.
  3. Make sure you select the correct workspace.
  4. Click Approve.
That’s it, your connection is set up.

What You Can Do Once Connected

Once connected, the MCP gives you natural-language access to almost anything you could do manually on Bitscale, including:
  • Getting run status
  • Getting grid information
  • Creating grids
  • Making changes to any workflow
Every action the MCP takes is carried out through the same underlying grid interface Bitscale normally uses. So if you ever want to double check what the MCP actually did, you can open the relevant grid on the platform and see exactly how it was set up.
