## What this integration is for

Many SDR teams still prefer working inside Google Sheets to manage leads.

Bitscale’s native Google Sheets integration lets you keep that workflow, while still using Bitscale to:

* find accounts and people
* enrich data with AI
* automate steps in a grid
* push the output into a Sheet automatically

## Step 1: Connect Google Sheets in Integrations

1. Go to **Integrations**
2. Click **Add integration -> Google Sheets**
3. Sign in with Google
4. Allow the requested permissions
5. (Optional) Rename the integration so it is easy to recognize later

Once this is done, your Google workspace is connected.

## Step 2: Create (or open) the grid you want to export

1. Click **New grid**
2. Use **Find company** with some filters to create a demo grid

You can do this with any grid, not just company search results.

## Step 3: Add the Google Sheets enrichment

1. Go to **Enrichments**
2. Search for **Google Sheets**
3. Select **Add or update row**

This is the step that pushes rows into a Google Sheet.

## Step 4: Select the sheet

1. Choose the Google Sheets integration account
2. Select the spreadsheet you want to write to
   * if you just created a new spreadsheet, reload and select it
3. Select the specific sheet tab (if the spreadsheet has multiple sheets)

## Step 5: Choose the action

Pick what you want Bitscale to do:

* **Add row** (append new rows)
* **Update row** (update existing rows)

## Step 6: Map fields from your grid to Google Sheets columns

1. Click into **Map fields**
2. If your grid does not yet have the columns you need, add them first (example: Company Name, LinkedIn URL)
3. Map the grid columns to the sheet fields

You can also use **AI mapping** to auto-map fields.

Example:

* `Name` → `Company name`
* `LinkedIn` → `LinkedIn URL`

## Step 7: Run it

Save the enrichment, then run it:

* for all rows, or
* for a smaller batch if you want to test first

When it runs, Bitscale pushes your grid rows into Google Sheets.

## Common ways teams use this

* keep a shared SDR sheet always updated with enriched leads
* export a filtered list into Sheets for manual calling workflows
* push outbound-ready rows (validated email + phone) into a handoff sheet
* send different segments to different sheets based on workflow logic
