# GTM Architect Certification

> The apex credential of the Bitscale Academy. Demonstrates the ability to design, build, and operate complete integrated GTM systems from first principles.

# GTM Architect

The GTM Architect certification is the highest credential in the Bitscale Academy. It demonstrates complete mastery across all tracks — data, outbound, signals, and personalization — integrated into a working system.

## What This Certification Covers

* GTM system design from first principles (5-layer architecture)
* Multi-channel architecture and cross-channel coordination
* RevOps integration across CRM, sequencer, and analytics
* Trigger-based workflow automation (always-on GTM systems)
* Pipeline attribution and revenue measurement
* GTM stack selection and evolution strategy
* Complete integrated system build with live execution

## How to Earn It

Complete all five tracks (Foundation → Outbound → Data & Enrichment → Signal Intelligence → AI Personalization) and pass the GA-7 GTM Architect Capstone with a score of 75% or higher.

## What Sets This Apart

The GA-7 capstone is the most comprehensive deliverable in the Academy. A graded system design document, a 100+ contact enrichment pipeline, a live signal workflow, a personalized outreach program, and full attribution setup. The review is done by the Bitscale team — not automated.

**GTM Architect cohort:** Certified architects are eligible for invitation to the quarterly GTM Architect cohort — a small group program for advanced practitioners.
